The comfort foam mattress “Komfort KS” was securely wrapped in foil and additionally protected by a sturdy cardboard box during delivery. The foil packaging again displays the manufacturer’s contact details, which is very helpful. When opening, care should be taken to avoid accidentally damaging the mattress. The cardboard box was in perfect condition and bore both the company logo and a QR code. It is also pleasing that the cardboard is made from recycled material.

After unpacking the Komfort KS mattress, a slightly noticeable odor was initially detected, but it was not very strong. The included information sheet already points this out and assures that the odor is harmless and dissipates after a short time. Additionally, it contains practical tips on the care and lifespan of the mattress.
In terms of workmanship and appearance, we found no defects: neither damage nor poorly finished seams were visible. Overall, the cold foam mattress leaves a high-quality impression and convinces with solid overall construction.

The Komfort KS mattress consistently leaves an excellent impression. Both the size and color match the product description, except for the height, which is 3 cm shorter. The workmanship appears very high-quality. The lying comfort is pleasant and cozy, although spinal support could be improved slightly. Particularly notable are the effective pressure relief and good breathability. Overall, it is a high-quality model that fully convinces in terms of comfort.
