The sanitary power cleaner arrived undamaged and shows no manufacturing defects. No odor was noticeable upon opening the box. The cleaner itself has a slight vinegar smell, but overall, the scent is quite pleasant. All important information about dosage and safety instructions can be found on the product itself, which is crucial since the product can cause burns. The address, phone number, and OXO® website are also printed on the product and can be quickly accessed via a QR code.

The OXO® sanitary power cleaner performed exceptionally well in practical testing. Its effectiveness was tested in the shower, toilet, and on limescale-covered faucets, where it removed dirt and deposits very effectively. The diluted concentrate’s smell was not unpleasant but rather left a pleasant scent. Since this product contains formic acid, precautions should be taken to avoid skin and eye contact. However, hazard warnings and the poison control center’s phone number are clearly indicated on the bottle. All important safety instructions are listed there. The bottle is sturdy, preventing easy spills onto the hand. Additionally, the cap is equipped with a child safety lock.
