First impression of the packaging
In the first step of our THO testing process, the packaging is examined. Does it provide adequate protection for the product? Are the necessary manufacturer contact details and a service hotline printed on it?

The furniture dolly including accessories arrived well packaged in a box. The individual parts, such as two of the rollers and the lever arm, are additionally wrapped in bubble wrap. An email address is printed on the back of the packaging in case any questions arise. The packaging is easy to open, so no damage is risked.

After opening the packaging and evaluating it, we take a closer look at the product’s workmanship. How high-quality are the materials used, and how do the feel and appearance rate?

All parts listed on the packaging are included. Even anti-slip pads, which we were not previously aware of, are included and were a pleasant surprise.
The instructions for use are printed both on the packaging and on an enclosed card. These are important to better understand the functionality of the furniture mover and to prevent injuries.
After unpacking, no odor was detected from the rollers, straps, or the furniture mover itself, suggesting that no cheap rubber was used. Otherwise, the individual parts appear well-made and feel sturdy—especially the wheels and screws, which seem robust. The only exception was the lever arm, which showed some rough edges at a stamped seam.
The practical test
The practical test carries the greatest weight. Here, the product must undergo a variety of criteria and examinations by our independent testers. We test the functions promised by the manufacturer of the item under review.

The product arrived as expected. All parts listed on the packaging are included.
The wheels of the furniture lifter are hard and can withstand heavy loads. They successfully supported a large table in our office (weight unknown but over 300 kg). Using the furniture rollers, the heavy table could be moved easily—even over carpeted floors. The included lever arm unfortunately slipped off — the surface area is a bit too small for large furniture. Additionally, the leverage is not sufficient to lift heavy furniture onto the rollers. However, it worked quite well for lowering the furniture off the rollers. We would find the lever arm even more helpful if the extension could be locked into place.
The braking effect works well with heavy weights — but with lighter weights (30-40 kg), the smaller, lighter table slipped off the furniture rollers.
Therefore, we would say that the furniture rollers are really only helpful with heavier weights. Whether they can actually withstand 600 kg, we were not able to test within our testing capabilities; however, the rollers withstood a very high weight of over 300 kg.

Our final evaluation category focuses on the price-performance ratio and the conformity with the online presentation. This category is weighted at 10%.
