Test Procedure Overview

Step 1: Product Shipment

As soon as you have booked with us, we will promptly send you an email with the address to which you should send your products. Please ensure that the package is well packed to avoid damage during transport.

If necessary, please also include all relevant instructions, manuals, or materials needed for the correct and effective execution of the tests.

Please ensure the package is sufficiently postage-paid.

Step 2: Product testing

In the second step, we conduct a product test according to our predefined scheme. This structured testing process allows us to carry out a systematic and comparable evaluation. We use a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to provide a comprehensive assessment.

Step 3: Report and Test Seal

In the third step, we create a detailed report on the results of the product test and award a test seal upon successful evaluation. Our report includes a summary of the test results of your product as well as detailed information on the individual test criteria. We present the positive aspects and strengths of your product identified during the test, as well as potential areas for improvement.

The test seal is valid for an unlimited period after a one-time product test. The issued test seal may be used without limitation during an active subscription for the respective country category. An upgrade to include additional countries is possible at any time.
